We process personal data carefully. This privacy policy provides information on which personal data we process in connection with our activities. Terms

Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Ordinance to the Federal Act on Data Protection (OFADP). In addition, we process personal data, if applicable, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Type, scope and purpose

Processing of personal data

When using offers and services, if you contact us – for example by e-mail, telephone or contact form – the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name, your address and your telephone number) will be stored by us. This information is provided on a voluntary basis and with your consent. If this involves information on communication channels (e-mail address, telephone number), you also consent to us contacting you via this communication channel. You can of course revoke this consent at any time. You can also request that we delete the relevant personal data at any time.

Personal data abroad

We generally process personal data in Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA). However, we may also export or transfer personal data to other countries, in particular in order to process it or have it processed there. This is done on the basis of an assessment by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or in accordance with a decision by the Federal Council.

Rights of the data subjects

Data subjects whose personal data we process have the rights under Swiss data protection law. These include the right to information and the right to rectification, erasure or blocking of the processed personal data.

You can object to the processing of your personal data in whole or in part at any time or revoke the consent you have given.

Data subjects whose personal data we process also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. The supervisory authority for data protection in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures (TOM) to ensure data security appropriate to the respective risk. We cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Personal data that you transmit to us via the website forms is transmitted in encrypted form via a secure connection. The security procedure used (SSL Secure Sockets Layer) corresponds to the usual state of the art. Access to the system is via an authorization procedure. SSL encryption (recognizable by https:// in the address bar of the browser) is a protocol for encrypting data during transmission from the web server to the browser. This transmission offers a particularly high level of security. During transmission, your personal data is encrypted between your computer and our SSL server using the SSL protocol.

Use of the website

Cookies

We use for the analysis and further development of our website:

  • Google Analytics. Provider: Google LLC (USA) / Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) for users from Switzerland and the EEA, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To analyze and further develop our website, we use the functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics of Google Inc. in the USA www.google.com). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable website usage to be analyzed. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The data enables us to optimize our website for you. We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. All data is therefore anonymous. Google only informs us how our website is used (no information about you personally).
